Two decades ago David Ginsburg began his career as a civil trial attorney.

Prior to joining J.E. Wingfield & Associates he spent over twelve years as trial counsel for a major insurance company. He has successfully tried over one hundred jury cases and numerous other bench trials, appeals and arbitrations. He has also served as an arbitrator, instructor and speaker.

In 1983 Mr. Ginsburg earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, formerly The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science.

He is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and several other professional associations. Mr. Ginsburg is licensed to practice law in both the federal and state jurisdictions of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

His extensive experience representing both injured victims and insurance companies has uniquely qualified Mr. Ginsburg to provide thorough, dedicated and insightful representation for his clients.
